I purchased a fleece coat for my granddaughter and it was too small. I was very surprised to hear that you would be charging me a 15% reshelving fee and that I needed to order her correct size. I did not purchase the new one from you because of this.

I was sent the wrong item and have emailed customer service twice and have not received a reply in over a week. Also check prices. Their products are available elsewhere at half the cost.

Ordered 2 pair of leggings and they felt like sand paper. My daughter could not wear them. Called to return them and they said it would be a 10% restocking fee. I sent them back with a RMA # via 1st class mail 3 weeks ago and never heard anything. This company should be ashamed of how they run a business.
