The pants are fine but your customer service is terrible. I would not recommend purchasing on your site ever. I needed to return something but never received a response from anyone at your company

After losing my order not once but twice, I just about have up. Then they said I would get it the next day special delivery. Well that didn't happen. Call again,was put on hold for a couple of minutes, then told it was shipped to themselves. Really!!! Was then told I would have it by next morning. Yes I finally received my package a month and 2weeks later. Just in time to wrap it for my granddaughter. Very sad experience!!

Returned pair of pajama pants that were to large for my Dad. Called customer service and returned items per their instructions. Never got a refund and could not reach customer service to find out why. Will not recommend dur to bad service.
