Love how soft the products are but the pants came with a hole near the knee

I just wish the sizing was consistent and that the fabric thickness was the same. I bought a shirt from "I'd rather be home..." and I love it. So I ordered more shirts from you, but they're much heavier and I'm in Florida! The tshirts are much smaller than the long sleeves. My fault for maybe not reading descriptions closely enough.

I ordered 3 pairs of velocity running shorts. I was sent the wrong style. No problem....the new ones were sent out and arrived quickly. A return label was created and the wrong ones sent back. However, I was charged twice for the exchange and while I received a phone call saying that they caught it and credit it back, I have yet to see the credit. Another follow up phone call is needed.

Great product, customer service is marginal at best.

The product was marked large but all 4 items were more like mediums and had tight spots and the elastic was too tight and folded over. This is the first time I have had a pair of boxer under shorts not fit.
