NewYork dress customer service is not good at all, they are not respectful and they have a bad attitude with customer in any situation Specially for the return dresses they are not accepting their issues unfortunately and trying to argue with customer

The dresses I ordered was from La Vera but the one I got was labeled “ for you dress” when I spoke to someone I was told they would ship me another dress of my choice but then I have to pay shipping both ways

Ive been trying to contact you no one is answering me please read my email and respond to it as soon as possible
