Worst experience ever. Ordered 2 dresses for my brothers wedding. One for me and one for my mom. My mom's dress they kept changing delivery time and we ended up having to cancel it because they couldn't get it out until 2 weeks AFTER the wedding. My dress went missing and it took several attempts to track it down only to find out I would not receive it in time. The most frustrating part is they ask for date of event and don't advise of any chnages unless you investigate yourself. Don't ask for event date if it means nothing to your company. I guess the positive you can take away is that they full refunded me with no hassel.

I am so sad because you promise to ship my dress at mid of September but you don’t ship it yet !!😢

I’m a disgruntled customer. I’m disappointed with your poor customer service who is not helpful at all. I’m unhappy with a dress that doesn’t fit me. And I can’t return it. Just a horrible experience.

This was an epic fail. I ordered a dress for my engagement and this is what I got . :( This is beyond disgusting, you sent me a dress which was already worn and damaged... The dress itself is amazing, but no one can ever wear it and now I am left with no dress!!!! This is awful!!!! So disrespectful! So awful!!!

I never received my package when I emailed customer service Jamie said I was just out of $700 because they couldn't return my money or I couldn't pick out anything else. Because FedEx said they left the package on the porch which the didn't I'm very disappointed that a dress that is valued at $1400 which I paid half for did not require a signature. So now I have to contact a attorney to see if I can get my money or at least something else
