Very bad

Was very disappointed in the policy of not returning the dress, is was to small and the length was to long. wanted to exchange of receive a refund. Did a chat and was informed that New York was not accepting returns. So I'm stuck with a dress that is of no use to me for the daughter's wedding.. Very dissatisified.

I am not happy with return policy as I bought the dress based on the previous policy That I can return or exchange but I was surprised that all sales are final!!. You have to highlighted clearly before payment . some of dresses have discounted were mentioned clearly that items are not available to return.

i bought this dress but it doesn’t fit right i end up loosing 20% of the price and return it i don’t recommend it

Dress was pretty but I guess my sizing was off. Apparently I wear size 10 in every dress but this one 😂 and I can’t return it.
