THE DRESS IS NOT BAD. BUT IT ARRIVED WITH THE LEVEL IN THE BOX, NOT IN THE DRESS. I DON´T KNOW IF IT IS NEW OR USED. NOW YOU SAY THAT IT CAN´T BE RETURNED OR CHANGED, BECAUSE THE COVID.. THAT REASON IS ABSURD. NO SELLER ONLINE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE IN THIS SAD SITUATION . I HOPE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND CHANGE THIS POLICIES .

All reputable stores are offering returns and exchanges even during the pandemic, or at least extending the period for returns. NYD’s policy is outrageous and unjustified!

Ordered. Got a shipping confirmation. Then they cancelled!

I received a text that an item I wanted was in stock. I placed an order and received a shipping confirmation. Then I got an email saying the item isn't in stock and asking if I want something else. I replied to the email and said I was only interested in that item. They keep offering to refund but have not done so!
