Disappointed in the shipping

I paid almost $80 for one day shipping for three items. All of the items were not shipped at the same time and two of them were shipped three days later. I responded to the email requesting a refund and did not receive a response.

I came to NYDress a few weeks ago and they told me we needed an appointment to see anything in their stock room and to work with a stylist. I went back home and did just that, made an appointment. We received an email to arrive 15 minutes early to the appointment, so we arrived around 3:40 for our 4pm. The stylist did not see us until 4:10. What was the point of the email...I have no idea. At 4:10 she greeted us and gave us an iPad to select dresses from...why could we not have that from the beginning to save some time? No idea. We browsed the iPad, I explained that I reached out via email with 10 gowns (including style numbers/sizing) and I was notified that three were in stock. The three gowns that were in stock had not been pulled for us. The stylist then said one had sold already (even though we talked less than 48 hours before the email). I did explain all the dress styles we wanted to see, and nothing had been pulled. This was all fine, I understand that people get backed up. Eventually, the stylist was able to pull dresses. However, she did not assist with getting us into the dress/zipping/syncing. She disappeared every ten seconds and I was looking around for her to ask basic questions (sizing/ordering/colors, etc.) Eventually, I left with the style number and ordered from a different boutique. Felt like a waste of time, especially since we decided to come up from DC for the appointment.

I wasn’t expected that bad,

I wasn’t expected that bad, the furs came off completely, bra part was moving all the time, wasn’t comfortable dress at all.
