Did fit exactly as I thought, but I like my outfit

Although the dress was good quality, it did not fit well not nearly close! The size guide is so off and the worst part is this... you cannot return or exchange! How is this a thing? So the size guide is totally off but sorry you can’t return or exchange? They gave me a ONE TIME courtesy of a return but take away a 15% restock fee. Buyer beware!!
