So bad. The material and the color Not the same on the picture

Was so excited to order my dream dress. It wasn’t until 4 days after purchasing while waiting my shipping info. To be told the dress wasn’t even in stock anymore.

I ordered this dress in two sizes for my daughters wedding because I was unsure which one would work best for me. So I am out almost $400 because they are not accepting returns. Wondering why they can’t accept a return once their factory opens post Corona.

I understand, logically, that returns were hard to navigate hygienically even before this pandemic but these dresses vary in size WILDLY, especially on the body. The fact that there are no returns on dresses that cost hundreds, maybe even thousands, of dollars is just nonsense to me. I would prefer to buy my dresses from a store that has better customer interaction than to just say “there are no returns”.

Before I purchased this dress I measured myself to make sure it would fit and ordered the size that corresponded with my measurements. However, when i got the dress it was totally off. The top part was way too big and by my thighs too tight. The proportions or the dress are so odd not to mention that the material is not great either for such a pricey dress. Reason I'm giving two stars is because the color is nice.
