Don’t get me wrong I love the site, but the one thing I find it’s frustrating is that it doesn’t tell me how long the dress is, some is maxi dress some is to just touch the floor, I need to know how long so I can decide for myself if I need or want the dress hemmed once I get it or would my stilettos can make up for it!! If I send an email in to ask, if I get lucky the person would look it up, if not they would say generic things, last I got was coronavirus they are not in the store to know! Two out of three times I asked I got nothing on the length!! Hard to make a decision to buy with no return policy items!!

I had asked for a return from a size 6 dress and originally asked for an 8 but then changed instructions to a 10 but they sent me an 8.

I have to pay $45.00 shipping to exchange a dress to the right size within 3 days after receiving it.

Beautiful dress but couldn't really zip up easily with dress off. Could not zip with dress on. Since on clearance, couldn't exchange. They did give me 10% off to have zipper replaced.

It took approx 2 weeks for the store to process my order, but once it was sent it was shipped in 3-4 days. They sent me the wrong color but the right size and I honestly really like it. I had to adjust the straps from being criss cross to go straight on so it would fit right in the chest, but now i will have to adjust the straps so they fit right. Overall it was an okay experience.
