Dresses are beautiful but color options and sizes are not so accurate

I bought the size 2 dress after correspondence with a CS rep. Who ensured some elasticity would help the dress fit over the hips. Shipping was very quick and packaged well, so no complaint there. However, the dress that arrived walking slit is in the middle instead of over the leg, which looks at minimum, weird. The fabric has zero give, no elasticity and the enormous opening over the middle keeps it from moving with the wearer. The dress is stunning as long as one stands still. Perhaps going from a 2 to 0 would let me wear it on a red carpet event, but that’s unlikely to happen with my set of women’s hips. :(

While the dress is as lovely as pictured, the zipper gets caught at the waistline. The fabric is bulky in that area and stitched too tight. I will have to pay a seamstress to repair. The dress fits perfectly and the detail is impeccable, this is the only major issue.

Took a chance on a clearance item by getting this gorgeous size 2 dress, despite my worry about my hip measurement being 1” larger. Trusted the customer service rep who assured me it “has some give and elasticity” to help it move. Found out it has neither give nor elasticity- which is a necessity for this shape. Going to have to lose that inch before wearing it- not an easy task at my size.

My dress should be arrive shortly as i pay high cost to deliver by dhl. my sister was order dress from other website (that have same your designers) after my order date and she receive it now!!!
