Rainbow Mealworms

USPS lost the package actually and I'm in the middle of submitting a claim so I never got to try out your product.

Well, I overall really like the service, packaging, and variety of feeders available. That said, I've found that a few times the insects have come in even smaller than the indicated size, and I've had to spend more time holding onto/feeding the insects than I anticipated and desired. The Dubia was flat-out forgotten in my last box, though I was sent a replacement for free and quickly.

Greatly packaged and came earlier than expected. Also a very good price.

I love ordering from you guys the delivery is always fast but lately I have been receiving dead hornworms. Everything else is great but the hornworms come crunchy and dead....

Overall I find the products of good quality and shipping time to be moderately quick, however there have been instance when insects have come mostly dead or dehydrated. These may be isolated incidence as they happen rarely, but it is still a concern when my herps relies on these shipments for food.
