'Twas ok

I've ordered from Rainbow Mealworms in the past and the feeders have always been great quality and survive long enough to all be fed off, but this time [after not doing anything differently] almost all of the super worms I ordered died within 3-4 days. I'm not going to stop ordering from Rainbow Mealworms, as my beardie loves the worms from here, but I was kind of disappointed this time.

Wormd

The package arrived on time, but why do you have separate prices for phone orders? I'm not always in the place where I have WiFi access and don't appreciate separate prices for phone in orders.

Delivery and quality

The delivery was quite a bit longer than I was expecting. Took a couple weeks and I was under the impression it would be sooner. I also had a lot of dead worms. I only gave a 3 star because of the price being good.

Membership

Hello, my chameleon really enjoys your products. I appreciate the variety you offer and speed of getting the items to me. One thing I don't enjoy is needing to go through the order process every two weeks. It may be easier to buy a larger amount and maintain them, however that is not an easy task. So what I do is order two to three weeks worth. If you had a type of either membership program or auto refill program, that would really take your service to the next level.

Feeders are okay

The feeder insects we're good but I opted to go in to the store for pickup where I was glared at through blank eyes until I had to speak up and ask where I was supposed to go and what to do, absolutely no service from Rainbow Mealworm employees. Maybe because the shop is the the heart of one of the worst spots in Compton CA? Idk but service was non existent and I'll never go into that store again. There are plenty of well priced places online I will shop from instead like Josh's Frogs or Mulberry Farms.
