I have not received my order. It’s impossible to get in touch with customer service. Will take this case with MasterCard insurance.

I ordered a dog guard on the 4th May. 21 days later the order still says processing on the website. I’ve emailed and phoned on 3 occasions and no one has responded so I have no idea when to expect my £200 dog guard or what is happening with my order.

Completely unresponsive. Tried to cancel order when it hadn’t arrived for a while and the I simply got a notification it had been sent!

Over 3 weeks later still not received our order and no communication from the company to explain delay. Not responded to emails either.

Still waiting for the things I ordered to arrive. Attempts to contact customer services have produced no updates. And now I'm asked to review them?
