Terrible service, no one answers the phone or calls back despite many answer phone messages requesting a call back.. I am still waiting for my product (paid £50) several weeks later. Meaning my puppy will have no bed!!

I haven’t received my order, I got in touch with them and no response, According to reviews the deliveries are quick that’s why I ordered from them as I needed my order quickly, very disappointed wouldn’t recommend using this site.

Managed to get my a refund of a dog life jacket which they failed to supply me, because of so called Brexit problems. This took a month to refund me with 8 phone messages with no reply and 4 website messages !! finally a reply! I would definitely NOT recommend this company. The worst online company I have ever used.

Where is my order how can I review an item that I didn’t receive?

Ordered two waterproof coats, advertised as in stock. Parcel arrives, with one coat and hand written note, "Sorry, to follow" Having sent many emails left numerous voice messages, no answer and no delivery of the missing item!
