I have no complaints when ordering and receiving an item, but trying to get a refund is impossible. I’ve left messages and I have sent an inquiry but no response whatsoever. Very poor service.

I have never received my order, I have phoned several times to find out what’s going on and you can never get through to anyone, I have left several messages, and I have emailed, I get no response, I’ve now got to find out a way to get my money back.

Purchase got cancelled by innerwolf. No email to let me know or to apologise. First I knew was an email telling me a refund had been made to my account.

I am still waiting for my order after over four weeks and I have had no update except when I have chased. Completely unacceptable

Never received good after 3 weeks of waiting. Tried calling for a refund however no answer of the phones. Tried emailing and received noting back. Eventually got though on the phone after 10 consecutive calls! I would personally avoid ordering anything
