Handy replied to me even after constant chasing

I’m not reviewing on the items I ordered as I have never received this but the appalling customer service. If I could put no stars I would. After getting a confirmation I had 2 further emails asking to complete and pay for my order. Emailed asking if they could confirm my order was completed as an instalment had been taken out. I am still waiting 4 weeks later after further emails and phone calls, for a reply.

I placed an order for a collar. After a week it hadn’t arrived. I called - no answer. Emailed - no reply. Used social media - no reply. Eventually got a rely via online chat. Turns out you don’t even have stock !! The item was in Germany and I was told I could wait another week ! Order cancelled: no apology , zilch. 0/10. Poor in every way. Won’t ever buy from you again.

Product did not arrive. No response to emails

Order my item in early/mid august, still not received it!! (30 August) phoned and left message twice; with order no for their ease and emailed them - no response at all apart from asking me to review them 😆😂🤣😤😠
