Have tried to contact you twice about a faulty item, no response. Very poor

Have still now received my item I ordered back in November. No response to my emails or calls. Just want my money back please!

It’s been a month and still have only received part of my order and haven’t replied to my message.

Service is awful

Poorly designed, screw to turn on and off but no stop. Used on dog harness but light cover and battery unscrewed and fell off. Wouldn’t recommend, better on market with switch on/off function.
