Terrible!, will never purchase from Inner Wolf again!

Terrible service … after ordering heard nothing.. sent emails and many phone calls no one replies ….you just assume you have lost your money to a scam….needed item for last weeks of dogs life too late now

Non existent customer service. Had to pay for return. Only plus was the refund was quick. Sorry won’t recommend

I ordered some protective boots for my elderly dog. The order was promised within 3 - 5 working days. Over a week later I tried to ring - no response. I emailed and 2 days later received a reply stating the boots were taking time to come from abroad. I was offered a refund to the chance to wait. I asked when the boots were expected - no reply. I then emailed to say I would cancel the order and source elsewhere. No reply. The boots were subsequently delivered and I was charged 3 days after my dog was put to sleep! Would definitely not recommend.
