I love the product I purchased. But the customer service was terrible. Sent email and called a lot before I had any response to either . Eventually got a response that if it had been sent immediately would have been perfect. Now waiting on different size of my item .let's hope communication is better !!

Never received item

Emailed this company on more than one occasion. I’ve had to wait 2 weeks for something to arrive and when it arrived it was the wrong item. I’ve sent it back almost 2 weeks ago and I’m yet to receive a refund. I have emailed the company to let them know and have received no correspondence. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I have not received any communication about my returns order. It have been over 2 weeks order 24701
