Inner wolf have not replaced the boots I sent back for an exchange and ignored my multiple e-mails and voicemail. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, I will never order from you again. I’m contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back. I wish they would take me off their mailing list, are they sending me the emails for a laugh or do they genuinely think I will go “oh, that company that ripped me off has got an offer on, I’ll just forget about the £40 I wasted on boots, the £10 I owe my employer for sending the boots back on their carriage, and place another order!”. I hope your business does as well as you treat your ex customers. My dog has a corn on his foot and is limping, I have to order new boots from somewhere else, thanks for making a crap time worse.

Item ordered in September, but never received, despite money being taken from my account. Have phoned several times and left messages asking for a call back, but so far, nothing. Next step, Trading Standards.
