I've recieved nothing...ordered this in August. Summer time.

Please see my product review. If you have an answerphone asking for customer details to be able to call customers back, then use it or switch it off if you are unable to call back. Updates on delayed orders would have made my shopping experience much better. Instead I was left frustrated and disappointed and had a puppy I need to transport with no easy way of doing so.
