Parcel did not arrive on 2 occasions and then had to go looking for it. They don’t answer the phone or emails

Robbers not returned my money even though I’ve sent items back Don’t answer your emails or get back to me after I’ve left loads of messages with my details

No response to emails, calls, seems to follow other poor reviews online

Very poor. Delivery was slow and no communication was proactively provided to explain the reasons. It is also impossible to raise the team on a call. I phoned several times and always got the voicemail. I left several messages but never received a response.
