Still awaiting my refund.

Late, poor communication.

The item took over three weeks to be dispatched, any email or phone call I made to follow it up was ignored. I will never purchase from you again. Looking at online reviews, it seems like my experience is the norm rather than the exception

Never responded to either my email or voicemail requests to speak to someone about my order, despite having left 3 voicemail and emailed over a two week period. The product is great, its such a shame your customer interface is so poor!

Please issue my refund, phone never answered and no reply to emails
