Still waiting delivery of pee pad tray after 17 days

Awful experience. We ordered a Ruffwear floatation coat for you on the promise of In Stock/Next day despatch. We called four time you didn't answer or call back. We emailed three times, with no response. We had to leave for Spain without it. Three weeks later you say it’s been despatched? We’re not there so we don't know? Should have read the reviews before choosing your company.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Despite frequent attempts to contact Inner Wolf both by telephone and email, nobody seems to want to help to resolve an issue I have.

Rubbish. Item too large followed return process for an exchange and nothing heard. Company do not answer the phone or return calls nor answer emails. Dreadful.
