Terrible customer care do not respond

Defective and incorrect item posted to me,no reply to emails advising of issue and no engagement re return and refund as asked for in email highlighting issue.

Terrible customer service I’ve not received the products ordered. Voicemail when calling and they don’t respond to emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
