Communication was very difficult. No one answers the phone, or answers direct questions written in emails. I did return some boots and new ones got sent out but it would have been far more useful to get some advice so I wouldn’t rush to use your company again

No communication despite calling numerous times, received the order which was good but the customer service is basically non existent

The item was extremely small for the largest size you do and supposed to fit X-Large dogs. I had to give this away to another dog owner of a medium size dog.

The time to ship the product left a lot to be desired I’m afraid. Blaming the supplier is not acceptable, just don't offer a delivery timescale you can't adhere to.

Item returned for size change- signed for 17/11. Silence since, despite emails and multi phone calls that aren’t answered or the message left receiving a response
