My product has not turned up despite me ordering it at the start of April and no communications apart from me chasing it once.

The order never turned up.

Almost 4 weeks since I placed my order, still not received the item. Have had to call, email several times to find out where is the item I’ve paid for. delivery is….so far, not impressed with the service I’ve received…and as for the item I’ve purchased…if it ever shows up, I’ll let you know if it’s any good..
