I ordered boots for my dog, was told 2-3 working days took 4 weeks! To arrive, they were far too big! I’ve sent them back for smaller size! Don’t know when they will arrive if ever ! You don’t answer the phone or reply back to emails! Not good business at all.

Product was fine but the dummies took much longer than advertised to arrive. Customer service was poor: I received no response to several calls, messages and emails.

Product quality is good but the dog boot is not as shown in the picture and I ordered the wrong size. I just want to return and replace but so far one return request via website and two phone calls ignored. I just want a set of boots for my dog but this is proving somewhat difficult to communicate. How about a reply?
