Wrong colour

Collar and rabbit fur ball not as strong as expected. I would not shop here again. These 2 items were expensive and not worth the money.

Very poor.

Wrong item sent on my order. No one answers the phone or voicemails and eventually got a reply via email to say my order would be rectified but still not had anything arrive

Bit slow
