Took a while to dispatch, otherwise fine.

Ordered folding car steps on-line. Money taken from credit card immediately but no response to order for over a week. Unable to get reply from e-mail, phone calls met with answer phone but no response. Eventually phone answered by a gentleman who explained difficulty due to Corona Virus and immediately refunded my money with apologies.

Item didn’t show up for weeks, and arrived dirty. There was no communication from the team during this time, I had to ring to chase. The item itself looks sturdy, although it has mud around the plastic casing.

Communication is lacking when there is a delay on goods. Doesn’t take much to send an email with an explanation/reason for delay

Great product but you don't answer the phone or reply to emails. Disappointing
