It’s comfy and the dog seems to behave much better on it than a normal lead. Unfortunately the bungee bit lost all elasticity after only 2 runs so it’s annoyingly saggy and more likely to get tangled round doggo’s legs.

Hi , there was a delay in delivery of my items , the company did not communicate this to me.I did easily chase this up via webchat but had to do this twice before receiving my items. Unfortunately one was the wrong item , I contacted by webchat and received the correct item a few days later, although I was not informed this was being sent .Basically good products, reasonable delivery times but poor communication around order processing.

Nice product, however purchased the largest size life jacket available for my female Newfoundland (checked the measurements before purchasing). However it was far too small for her so unfortunately had to return and buy elsewhere. I am now waiting for a refund. Sadly it also cost me approx £7 to return through no fault of my own.

Vests size is way out, large did not fit our dog even though measurements matched. Inner Wolf service though is appalling. Item not delivered after nearly three weeks, numerous calls and couldn’t get through, emails unanswered. Steer clear of them!
