Shipping difficult when ordering something for a pad injury when it happens Friday afternoon. Tried phoning company several times. Never got through. It was a shame not to be able to speak to someone. May have ordered the right thing if I’d be able to.

The dog crate itself is great quality which we were expecting as we had researched a LOT before committing nearly £200 to it. We ordered on 30 Jan and it was delivered today (3 March). To be fair the customer service was fast but nothing was proactive I had to chase and chase and chase for updates as we are going on holiday and needed to get pup used to crate before going. A little more proactivity on keeping customers informed would move my rating from 3 to 5*.

Slow shipping over Christmas, as to be expected. Item was packed well though and customer service responses were quick and helpful

The product seemed well built and high quality. Unfortunately there was some poor stitching on the zipper and it ripped the first time we used it. We then had to barcade the dog in which was entertaining as she's not little girl. Delivery was brilliant but thus far have heard nothing in relation to the return. Happy new year.
