Emailed a few times as items have not arrived and have had no response. Will never order from here again and will now have to go through my bank to try and claim back my money.

I sent a faulty dog coat back to the company early January & I still haven’t received a response or indeed a replacement as yet on 1st February! I appreciate that people are working under pressure at the moment but I have sent 2 emails since sending it back to be ignored! I have the tracking paperwork which states that it has been received plus I had to pay over £7.00 to return the item!

I have been trying to contact since before Christmas regarding an order I received.Have left messages and still not been contacted so not very happy with service

I have not received my order and no-one ever answers the phone. I have had to order the same product on a different website. I do still want my order though, and if it does not come soon I would like a full refund.
