Inner Wolf

Only sent one item to start with, could not get hold of inner wolf for ages and when I did and they realised they sent one, it took over a week to get the rest of my items

Ordered 17th November. Month later we still have not received the items. Had 1 emeial after I asked them saying low in stock. No response to follow up email. Very poor service. You can keep your 10%

As you do not answer your phone or respond to e mails we can only assume you are a scam company, and will be reporting it as such

I wouldn't have written a review, but they emailed asking for it, so there it is. Placed order on 12th November for over £83. On my account there is date stamp 13th November saying that order is pending. Good. Apart from that it's already 3rd of December and nothing has happened yet. I did send a message through their message system enquiring about order- nothing. Couple of days later I phoned them- no one answered or called back after I left voice message. After few days I used their message service asking to cancel my order as I sourced items from elsewhere because I needed them sooner rather than later. And not surprisingly there are no any communication from them nor I have seen my many back yet. Quite disappointed as I have imagined them to be quite good company. I might give them a go some time in the future again, but this time when I needed my order fairly quickly they absolutely let me down. Not good first impression.
