Still not shipped and no communication

Ordered on 10th February 2021. Money taken from my credit card. I still haven’t received my dog coat. I have called 3 times and left messages, I have emailed and messaged on Instagram. I haven’t had a response to any of these. Customer service is zero!

Items paid for not received after 3+ weeks, no response from phone or emails. Requested a refund which was issued with no contact from Inner Wolf what so ever.

Product great - dog crate and towel. Unfortunately I did not receive all of my order - 1 item to follow. 4 weeks on and it has still not arrived despite phone calls and emails to the company. Very disappointing

I still haven’t received my goods. I mailed you and you haven’t even replied to my enquiry as to where my goods are. Please update me on my expected delivery at the very least
