My dog is unable to wear harness. The clip is too large under her arms. She is 13 lbs & the clip is twice the size of last years model. Shouldn't the size small have a smaller clip??? I notified customer service but she was not very helpful

It probably cost you a dollar to have made, because it was made in china, though they made a well made product , it was entirely too large (unusable) I don't even use it, whereas the socks are so small they would fit a chihuahua but not a full grown toy poodle, . The nail clippers are sub par, but I have been able to cut my dogs nails . Disappointed
