Turns out the harness is too big for my 8 pound Shitsu Tobie.

I would not know. It never arrived despite many many emails to "support" - lost a ton of time with no appreciable results and an outright denial to refund my purchase. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

Service and shipping After loosing my order dealing with David from customer service was hell.He asked same questions twice. I am really disgusted with everything.

????? - Ordered on Aug. 3, 2020...it's Sept. 23, 2020. Don't have the product. Wish I did.

Would love to comment, but we never received our harnesses.
