I am very unhappy that there is no support on products for exchange. Your policy is to send it to Europe for exchange. Never heard of such a thing. I bought the winter jacket and it was small for my girl and I could not exchange it. Bad business in my opinion. No support for consumers. Because of that I would not like to support ur business as well.

We never received our order and cannot reach the staff. Super frustrating.

Would give ZERO stars if I could! Ordered Dec 10. HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. $115 worth of stuff. I have requested a refund and been denied because “it has already been shipped’. Apparently 3 times now. It doesn’t tell you on website but this is stuff coming (supposedly) from China. 8 weeks. No merchandise I have been blocked on FB messenger from messaging the company. I have been blocked on their FB page from commenting because I have repeatedly posted that this is a fraudulent company who lies, steals your money and sends YOU NOTHING. GOING TO SNOW TOMORROW IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT IF MY DOG HAD HER JACKET AND BOOTS that I ordered 8 WEEKS AGO! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I have ordered 3 items on 2 different occasions from doggy kingdom, and on 2 out of 3 items were defective or stained. So I contacted through email and they said send it back with no problem replacing it... so here’s the rub off , they wanted me to send it back to Austria and not Florida where I placed the order. They wanted to charge me 318.00 dollars to send it back. After talking to Mary the manager she said if you take back the negative review we will give you a refund with no problem... ughh!! Really a bribe unbelievable business practices . So I said absolutely not!!! And after reading more bad reviews on there refund BS POLICY, I made the mistake of ordering from this shady company, my mistake and it won’t happen again. So I kept the defected products and ate my money down the toilet!!! Buyer Beware!!!! Do not order anything from this place. They will try to rip you off on the refund policy!!!!

Dog harness was great. Shipping time was horrible.
