I never received the harness I ordered over a month ago. You sent it to someone in Oregon who was kind enough to let me know he had contacted you and you were going to fix the situation. You never sent my harness nor did your refund my money. Bad customer service - no follow up - kept my $$

We followed website guide to order vests for two dogs, Vests proved way too big and company refused a refund or to exchange for a smaller size.
