I'm sure you have a good company.....but my complaint with you is the fact you get products from China. I prefer American made. For example it took weeks to get my product from China. I would have gotten them quick if made in America. I will be looking for American made companies in the future!

The harness looks nice but is very stiff and heavy for my little yorkie poo. He is very uncomfortable in it and in summer heat it will be even worse. Maybe he will still fit in it when he is older and stronger. It just doesn’t work for him now.

I purchased 2 harnesses, 2 leashes, and 2 collars. My dogs leash broke while walking her and she got loose. She could have gotten lost or even hit by a car. Then tonight her collar broke. I emailed about the leash and they could careless. I was told it’s been over 30 days. Really your products suck.

We’ve tried a few harnesses for our dog and this was the worst, by far, for helping with pulling force. The worst part is customer service. Somehow printing a name on a velcro patch counts as a customized harness and prevents returns/refunds. Apparently they are custom made but this is untrue - you pick a size and color. The icing on the cake was when “Maisie” said I needed to take my dog to an animal psychologist because their product didn’t work for us. Horrible company. That ships from China.

I have not received my order that I place in December.
