My CatGenie was going on 4 years old and we noticed it slowing down and getting clogged more frequently. We spoke with IT and ordered a replacement hopper since we had never had to replace any pieces other than a washer or light guide throughout the years. The new hopper has it running back like it’s brand new! Hopefully it’ll continue to work well for many more years to come.
