If I could give them more than a 100% of more than 5 stars, I would. When my unit fell due to an electrical short, which was not their fault at all and I was just outside my warranty, they honored my warranty anyways. I never realized just how much I missed my Cat Genie, until I didn't have it. It's the best investment I ever made

We have 2 cat genie and love not having to do daily cleanings anymore! Works fantastically when we go on longer vacations.
