Definitely impressed with the service.. really fast delivery .. help available and easy to access with this company.. i can't review the actual collar as yet because my gsd boy is going to a board and train soon and i am keeping it for the trainer to use on my gsd and then train me on correct use .. i do not regret purchase and going forward will only buy from this company for any of my training and dogs needs .. i can say the collar is great quality and a solid looking training item

The purchase made was actually a warranty repair on a broken collar. After discussing my issue with Jason, I received detailed instructions on returning the product for repair. The repairs were made and I received my collar back in very quick time. Very happy with the service.
