Jason from Bark Control have been fantastic. The citronella collar didn't work for our dog but the PetSafe Lite Rechargeable collar works very well for our dog. I highly recommend it. Jason was there the whole way through the process. Thank you Jason and Bark Control as I was against this style of collar but have found it actually much better for our dog as he doesn't get worked up and stressed with barking. We only put it on him when we are both out and he comes up to us to have the collar put on. He certainly doesn't seem object to wearing it.

Excellent products and service, this is a new upgrade for me with the rechargeable battery, happy so far, previous transmitter has lasted over 8 years. Staff always happy to answer questions and resolve any issues.

Fits well on our Corolla back seat. Just as described online. Would have been better if it had a split in the back top part for the safety belt. If we has three people in the back with the dog we would have to remove the back down to use the centre safety belt. Otherwise it's perfect.

I must admit I have hesitated for years in purchasing this collar, thinking it was not good for the dog overall, but one of my 3 small poodles is an incessant barker and it is very anti social at times. It does stir my other 2 to join the chorus! I have used it only when he doesn’t listen and stop barking and only for about 10 min. He has learnt very quickly . I will probably even get to the stage of putting it on and not turning it on! Even the threat of “ Do you want the Barking collar” is starting to have an effect. So I am pleased with the results.
