I was told to order by the size of my waist for some wash pants and they are so big i cant even wear them. I will be returning them

Shipping was horrible, emailed multiple times and never received anything back, ended up ordering the exact same thing from another vendor and received my product seven day before my Weaver package came in. Product was fabulous as always and is the only reason for three stars. Weaver Customer Service cost the product the other two stars. Ordered December 8,2022 and received December 31, 2022

Only rating a 3 star for a few issues. 1. The online store would add products to my cart so I had to call in the order. Luckily they were helpful and got me taken care of. 2. Maybe switch to a different shipping company fed ex had delayed part of the shipment and the other part arrived like it said. A few times when I went to track the package it didn’t show anything other than problem tracking. Weaver was fine to work with otherwise.

It’s taking way longer to get stuff shipped out than it used to, I had an order from another place delivered before I got a shipping notification on this order.

Several backorder delays on my order and when I did receive the fly mask, it didn't last the first day without beginning to separate at the seams around the forehead elastic bands. I'm disappointed in the quality of the workmanship, specifically involving this part of the mask. I will be asking for a refund or replacement.
