The product has taken forever to be delivered and correspondence is terrible.

Several of the bottles of dye had leaked.

Black Friday shipping wasn’t included

We ordered the products August 25 and still have not received them as of September 6

Product was a mess open and cleaning. Shipping put it in a plastic bag. I called customer service and was told basically sorry to bad. Package it was sent in was not good enough.
