The litter box wasn’t as strong as I expected it to be. The door just hangs there. And my kitty still is able to get pee out of the box.

My cats are fine with both of their litter boxes, but one of the scoops has already completely broken and rendered useless

It's a well-made, great product with fast delivery. I do have an issue with a cat that sprays high and urine runs on the dome and under the bottom of the litter tray and then out the drain holes to the floor. Need to fix the height of the inner tray to be higher or not include drain holes and pop a small lip on the box and door to prevent run out of liquid, then would be perfect! As I have to alter the design myself it is a pain. Nothing flexible plastic, velcro and a hot glue gun wont fix.

Obviously today being Day 1 of our new Toilette we are a tad dubious. I know we're fussy but things just have to be right and it takes us a while to adjust to anything new. Maybe by the end of the week and well 'needs Must' we'll have abetter idea if this is going to be a fixture in our house and which we've decided to accept. Truffle and Maggie.

Product wasn’t quite what I expected. Quality was good but just bigger visually than expected. Disappointed that I couldn’t exchange or return without a hefty $38 cost. I understand it but it’s half the cost of the item. Just strange. I won’t be purchasing from you again. Can’t risk it.
