Very flimsy item. Warped pieces so they don't lock together as they should. sits wobbly and looks cheap.

My 'cream' kitty litter is pink and the 'dark green' one is sage at best. Be careful if you have a specific colour in mind for your house - as absolutely not a match.

I ordered 2 makesure max boxes. On assembling the first, unfortunately there is a gap when the door is closed, it does not fit properly. I also feel they are very flimsy for something that cost almost $150 each. I contacted the customer support person and explained my issue, was sent a video to help install the arch correctly, but even with correct installation, the door gap persisted. I asked for a refund of both boxes and was sent a return label. However this is where we hit more issues. On taking the huge box they had sent both litter boxes to the post office I was told it was actually bigger than Australia Post will accept. I was only allowed to send them separately. I used the return label for one, and requested a second return label for the second box only to be told that they can only generate one return label per order and I would have to sort it myself. By this point I had had enough, lugging the huge box to the post office initially while also trying to juggle a baby and young child by myself was a huge undertaking, I wasn’t up for it again. I decided to assemble and use the second box, which turned out to also have the exact same door gap. So overall an upsetting experience especially given the items cost so much.
